Free 48h shipping to Spain and Andorra on orders over 100€; for orders below this minimum, the standard rate is 25€. Shipping to the Canary Islands and the rest of the world (including Switzerland and the UK) is free on orders over 500€; for smaller orders, the standard cost is 60€. If you are not completely satisfied, our 30-day return policy applies, excluding custom or made-to-measure rugs.

• Vacuum gently: Always use a flat nozzle attachment. Avoid rotary brushes or beater bars, as they can damage the fibers.
• Shedding: Don't worry if your rug sheds a bit at first; this is a natural process that will decrease over time.
• Loose threads: If you see a thread sticking out, do not pull it. Carefully trim it level with the surface using scissors.
• Spills and stains: If a spill occurs, act quickly. Gently blot the area with a clean cloth; never rub, as this can damage the weave.
• 0% chemicals: Avoid harsh cleaning products that could ruin the colors or natural materials of your piece.
• Consult the experts: For stubborn stains, it is best to contact a professional cleaner specialized in designer rugs.
