About the program
The program is open to professionals in interior design, architecture, hospitality, retail, and contract projects. Simply send us the form with your studio or company's information; we review each application manually.
We respond to all requests within 48 business hours. Once approved, we send you the rates and terms and assign you an advisor immediately.
We apply tiered discounts based on project volume and fixed prices for ongoing collaborations. Specific details are agreed upon with your advisor at the outset.
On most rugs, yes. We send you samples to validate fiber, color, and texture.
The standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation. For projects with tight deadlines, we can prioritize production; your advisor will confirm the exact timings.
We coordinate delivery with your construction or installation schedule. For hospitality and retail projects, we work in phases if necessary.
