Shipping within Spain:
For shipments within Spain, we rely on ASMEN , a leading national shipping company that guarantees the safe and efficient delivery of your order. We work with them to ensure a fast and seamless shopping experience, with real-time tracking of your package from departure to arrival.
International Shipping:
If you're located outside of Spain, we ship through UPS , one of the most reliable companies for international shipping. Thanks to its global network, your rugs will arrive safely and on time to your address, with tracking options throughout the entire delivery period.

If for any reason your order cannot be delivered, the carrier will attempt to deliver it again. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the merchandise will be returned to the warehouse or left at a collection point designated by the carrier.
Kuatro reserves the right to refuse shipments to destinations or locations that are difficult to access. In these cases, a personalized quote will be prepared, including a new shipping estimate, and sent to the Customer for approval. If the quote is not accepted, Kuatro will issue a full refund and cancel the order immediately. The Customer will be responsible for all transportation costs associated with failed deliveries due to access difficulties, both outbound and return.
The estimated delivery time is provided at the time of purchase, although these times are approximate and may vary. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, so all orders placed before 12 p.m. will be processed the same day.
To avoid delivery issues (such as incorrect addresses or an inability to find someone at the address), it is essential to complete the purchase form correctly, making sure to include a contact phone number and email address.
Since we work with materials from different parts of the world, Kuatro cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies or production issues. However, we will keep you informed of any delays. Please also note that delivery times may vary during the summer season or during factory holidays.
The products will be delivered properly packaged and protected in their box. From the moment the products are available for delivery according to this policy, the Customer assumes the risk of possible damage, loss, or deterioration of the products. If the Customer decides to request the products be unpacked before their final destination, Kuatro will not be liable for any damage that may occur.
If the order shows damage caused by shipping, the Customer must note the irregularities on the carrier's delivery note. Any shipping-related damage must be reported to Kuatro within 24 hours of delivery. If not reported within this timeframe, no compensation can be processed.
In the event that an incorrect product is delivered due to an error by Kuatro, we will collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct product to you at no additional cost to you. Delivery times
The delivery times provided begin from the moment the order is confirmed. However, these times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed to be 100% met. In rare cases, delivery delays may occur due to the shipping company.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the products purchased. We will inform you of the exact shipping cost during the checkout process.
If you place an order with multiple products, the shipping costs corresponding to the largest or heaviest item will apply.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal, whether in whole or in part, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products. This right may be exercised free of charge, except for direct shipping and transportation costs.
Once the return has been processed, Kuatro will refund the amount paid by the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used to make the purchase. Kuatro may deduct the shipping costs associated with the collection of the products from the amount refunded to the Customer.
If the contract has been financed, exercising the right of withdrawal will result in the cancellation of the financing without any penalty for the Client.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact Kuatro by email at marketing@Kuatrocarpets.com or by completing our contact form. This right does not apply to products made to order, customized to the Customer's specifications, or clearly tailored to their needs.
Returns
The Kuatro online store follows an exchange and return policy described below. This policy applies exclusively to products purchased through our online store.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been custom-made to the Customer's specifications or that have been clearly personalized.
Cancellation
Kuatro offers its customers the option to cancel a stock order at any time and at no additional cost, as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been processed and delivered to the carrier for shipping. This does not include custom-made items.
To cancel an order, the Customer can send an email to marketing@kuatrocarpets.com.
Changes
If you wish to exchange a product for another, you must first return it within 14 days of receiving the item. You can then place a new order for the product you wish to receive.
Return
The Customer has the right to return purchased products within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receipt, at no additional cost except for direct shipping and transportation costs. The return shipping cost will be the same as the original shipping cost and will be deducted from the refund.
To initiate a return, the Customer must contact us at marketing@kuatrocarpets.com. Our Customer Service department will review your request.
Returns will not be accepted for products that arrive damaged, deteriorated, without their original packaging, or that have been custom-made, personalized, or tailored to the Customer's specifications.
Kuatro is not responsible for defects caused by misuse or improper handling of products. Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects or products that are in perfect condition.
Returns will only be accepted after receiving authorization from our quality department, and no claims can be filed after 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
Products that have been approved for return must be sent in their original packaging or adequately protected to prevent damage during transit to the following address:

The return must be made through our carrier's platform (or submitted in person by the Customer). Our Customer Service team will provide all the necessary information to complete the process.
If multiple products are being returned, they must be grouped into a single package to facilitate the process.
Once the products are received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be issued within 14 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Product Warranty
All our products come with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our products are designed and manufactured with the utmost care. However, the warranty is void if failure or damage is due to improper use, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow the provided operating instructions. Important notes about carpets
- Handmade rugs, being artisanal products, may present slight differences in size and color from the original model. These variations are normal and part of the manufacturing process.
- The size of a rug can vary by up to 5% from its original dimensions. This variation can be reflected in both width and length.
- Occasionally, the threads that make up the rug are joined by small strands that are visible on the surface, especially after use or when vacuuming. This is due to the artisanal nature of the process and the use of handspun wool. If desired, these threads can be hidden by pushing them to the underside of the rug with a crochet hook.
- Some natural fibers shed heavily, especially at first. It's recommended to vacuum frequently and always follow the care instructions on the back of the rug or in the included insert.
- To avoid possible color changes caused by continuous exposure to sunlight, it is suggested to rotate the rug periodically.
- Short-pile rugs, made using techniques such as hand-tufted or hand-loomed, may exhibit a visual effect known as "shading" or "watering." This is caused by the slanting of the pile or pressure from the packaging, and disappears with regular use. It is not considered a defect and does not affect the quality or durability of the product. Therefore, claims related to this phenomenon will not be accepted.
- Long-pile rugs may shed more lint due to their pile length. It's recommended to vacuum them regularly. If loose threads appear, don't pull them out; simply trim them with scissors to smooth them out.
- The color of the rugs may change slightly over time due to light exposure and the nature of the material, such as dyed wool. An exact match between the color of the samples and the final product cannot be guaranteed.
- Since all rugs are handmade, they may present slight color variations compared to the catalog samples. These differences do not compromise the quality or durability of the product.
- The type of paper used in printing the catalog may cause slight color differences between the images and the actual product.
By confirming an order, the customer accepts these conditions, which are not considered manufacturing defects. Therefore, returns due to these reasons will not be accepted.
