Cleaning & Care
- Vacuum gently: Always use a flat nozzle attachment. Avoid rotary brushes or beater bars, as they can damage the fibers.
- Shedding: Don't worry if your rug sheds a bit at first; this is a natural process that will decrease over time.
- Loose threads: If you see a thread sticking out, do not pull it. Carefully trim it level with the surface using scissors.
- Spills and stains: If a spill occurs, act quickly. Gently blot the area with a clean cloth; never rub, as this can damage the weave.
- 0% chemicals: Avoid harsh cleaning products that could ruin the colors or natural materials of your piece.
- Consult the experts: For stubborn stains, it is best to contact a professional cleaner specialized in designer rugs.
