The most important task of basic care, besides checking for stains and removing them, is daily or regular dirt removal.

DAILY MAINTENANCE

For basic cleaning and maintenance, carpets should be cleaned regularly.

Especially during the first few weeks, new carpets tend to shed lint and require more frequent vacuuming. We recommend using a high-performance vacuum cleaner with a smooth nozzle and vacuuming in the direction of the carpet's pile.

If there are any loose hairs, do not pull them out, but cut them with scissors to remove them.

Heavy furniture on the carpet can leave the pile flat, which is a normal characteristic of carpets.

STAINS

If a stain occurs, immediately apply white absorbent paper to absorb as much as possible. Do not rub, but blot with light pressure, moving inward to avoid spreading the stain. Do not clean stains with water, as this could damage the carpet.

If the stain persists, go to a specialized dry cleaner for dry cleaning.
