The most important task of basic care, besides checking for stains and their removal, is the daily or regular removal of dirt.

DAILY MAINTENANCE

For basic cleaning and maintenance the rugs should be cleaned regularly. Especially during the first weeks new rugs tend to release fluff and should be vacuumed more often. We recommend the use of a high-performance vacuum cleaner with a smooth floorhead and vacuuming in the

direction of the rug’s pile.

In case of loose ends, do not pull, but clip them with scissors to remove.

Heavy furniture on the rug may leave the pile flat which is a normal characteristic for rugs.

STAINS

In case of a stain, immediatly dab with absorbent white paper to absorb as much as possible. Do

no rub but dry with slight pressure moving inwards to avoid spreading the stain. Do not clean

stains with water as this might damage the rug.

If the stain persists, take to a specialized cleaner for dry cleaning.
